• Place hours: Nguyen Co Thach, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi.
• Time works: Monday – Friday
• Basic salary: 2000$ – 2500$

Job Description:

• Work directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, make project plan and manage project progress
• Transfer the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer
  to the offshore project team
• Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas
• Create design document (Basic design, detail design,…)
• Learn the idea of system design, the way of working process from Japanese
  customers
• Product development of customer management system
• Could implement coding, testing if needed

Job Requirement:

• Japanese language: N2 level and above
• Having at least 3 year experience of BSE/PL/PM
• Have experience with web application development;
• Have experience with Java/PHP programming language
• Have experience with web application development
• Have experience with Scrum/Agile process
• Strong requirement analytical skill
• Have experience of working/studying in Japan is a plus
• Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high
  pressure
• Have experience of team management is a plus
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering,
  language)
• Good at communication, presentation
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit
